You must drive this as the manager and constantly come up with new ideas for the activity programs. • Guide the team to be honest, friendly, genuine & caring professional relationships with our guests. • Create & support training programs around the various SOP’s for your team members position and other guest relevant training. • Ensure the team has thorough knowledge of the room types sold, the food & beverage products we sell, along with any other commercial products that drive revenue to the business. It is your responsibility to maximize these revenues and ensure the team achieves this. • Report directly overall to the Hostel Manager • Other tasks assign by Hostel Manager
