Job Description 1) Risk and Compliance Manager • Set up the strategic plan for Risk & Compliance Department as well as services to ensure that the plan is effectively delivered to meet its expected objectives • Provide advice to all related department and top management on issues relating to risk and compliance • Develop regular report for the top management on all related issues • Identify issues and advocate effectively with the other related department in term of all risks and compliance • Design the plans and implementation on overall risk management process which includes managing the KYC process, transaction monitoring process, AML & CFT policies and procedures etc. • Act as company representative to solve Risk and Compliance related issues with NBC and master agent or agent. • Reviewing of contracts and agreements to ensure they are complied with laws • Building and advising the mitigation of internal as well as external risks with the company’s reputation and interest as the main focus. • Conduct risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the impact of the potential risk to the company • Provide support and training to staff to build risk and compliance awareness within the company • Maintain a risk register based on the identified applicable laws and regulations, fraud schemes, etc. • More focusing on issue managements, risk assessments, risk monitoring and data analytical • Implement and support audit relevant quality assurance system across the company • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO 2) Corporate Sales Manager • Fully responsible for developing new business opportunity in the market by recruiting new merchants for credit card, debit card, domestic and payment acceptances. • To achieve team and individual sales targets by develop growth strategies and plans; focus on merchant satisfaction to generate revenue of Company. • Interact with key merchants to retain and encourage greater usage of GHL’s products and services, and maximize income for GHL Indonesia. • Initiate appropriate sales and marketing activities to maintain the exposure in Indonesia market and drive sales lead. • Build and maintain good and ongoing relationship with all merchants. • Provide excellent support and after sales service to all merchants by identifying their needs within local market. • Manage merchants’ complaint; provide appropriate solution and alternative within the time limit and follow-up to ensure resolution. • Provide reliable and accurate feedback to Management to facilitate product improvement. • Provide support and assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by immediate superior.

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirement 1) Risk and Compliance Manager • BBA or MBA’s degree in the field of Finance & Banking or related fields • At least 3 years plus experiences with Banking, MFIs and Financial Leasing • Analytical with good problem solving skills • Good communication skills • Experience in dealing with NBC report or guideline. • Good understanding of the national and international law and regulations pertaining to the financial industry • Strong understanding of concept of standard risk management principles, policy and procedure • Capable of professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders • Proficient in English and Khmer, both written and spoken • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) 2) Corporate Sales Manager • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or any related field. • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience with a proven record of sales achievements. • An experienced leader in leading a sales team in a dynamic and competitive environment. • Preferable with direct experience in the payment industry (merchant acquiring or issuing) will be an added advantage. • Objective, self-motivated, result oriented and analytical. • Excellent skills in prospecting and presentation with high level of confidence. • Always have “CAN DO” attitude, aggressive in achieving sales target, eager to success, team player and pleasant personality. • Able to work independently and under minimum supervision. • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
