Basic salary : Negotiable Working time : 07:00am−16:00pm *Duties & Responsibilities - To identify the gap on technical skills that need to bring up and areas of improvement on workmanship of the sewing persons by performing regular observation and assessments; - To design and organize training programs that including train-the-trainer training, group training, briefings, on-job training or etc. to bring up the know-how of the sewing operators which can eventually uplift the quality level of the products and monitor the training effectiveness and review the program periodically; - To pass the knowledge and teach the line leaders and sewing operators the sewing skills particular of the new styles that obtain after attendance of the pre-production meetings and studying of the sewing methodology sheet and during which has to elaborate and unify the sewing steps and sequences that production lines should follow as a result to minimize the quality issues and increase efficiency; - To follow up and rectify the quality problems that arising from sewing operators’ incompetency through training and continuous reinforcement; - To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior and/or their designate from time to time.

Job Requirements - Cambodian citizen - Certificate or above in textile/clothing or related discipline; - Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in intimate apparel / garment manufacturing industry of which at least 3 years working in production line engaging in sewing, teaching or in sewing methodology; - Strong knowledge in garment construction, sewing methodology, pattern making and production flow; - Solid knowledge and experience in training of sewers; - Good command of spoken and written English, spoken and written Chinese is preferable; - Well organized, patience and strong inter-personal and negotiation skills - Occasionally travel to China is required.
