• Business Development • Build the marketing strategy and action plan and to fulfill those activities to achieve the target • Make plan to take next action for those customers and lead the team to achieve the target • To actively participate in networking opportunities in business community acting • Feedback the information from customers precisely • To make initial contact, present company services and facilitate communications between client prospects. • To provide support in negotiating proposals with new customers. • To comply policy and achieve the sales performance. • Monitor and control merchandising activity and market hygiene. • Develop good rapport with the key customers and find new customer. • Management • Effectively lead and control the sales team to implement sales promotion • Organize and provide promotional plan and all supporting material to the sales team for proper implementation. • Follow up and control the sales team performance and monitor working procedures. • Work with the sales team in the market place in order to catch and push them to increase sales volume. • To manage and control the key whole sellers and customers. • Improve some work flow and sales system for better operation • Coaching sales team on job • Receiving order and informing to company correctly so as to deliver the products in time • To report timely any important information, weekly sales report to GM and Owner • To be in charge of evaluation, promotion, quoting, securing and carrying out, invoicing, payment collection for projects assigned by the Sales Manager in order to achieve forecasted turn-over, time and quality frame. • And other tasks assign by General Manager and Owner • Making good team works among other departments ( farming, tourism, factory and office ) in our company, and have to communicate with them with fast and accuracy.

• Male/ Female • Bachelor degree in Sale and Marketing or other related field • At least 3 years experiences in sales and marketing • Strong sales techniques, excellent closing and negotiating skills • Self-confident with doing tasks • Good hospitality • Fluent in speaking and writing English • Basic Software competencies/ Excel, Word, PowerPoint. • Good presentation, negotiation. • Good Leadership/Management skill. • Good problem solving skill. • Reliable and active person. • Can do attitude with team work spirit
