Jobs Description

Job Description • Set up the strategic plan for Risk & Compliance Department as well as services to ensure that the plan is effectively delivered to meet its expected objectives • Provide advice to all related department and top management on issues relating to risk and compliance • Develop regular report for the top management on all related issues • Identify issues and advocate effectively with the other related department in term of all risks and compliance • Design the plans and implementation on overall risk management process which includes managing the KYC process, transaction monitoring process, AML & CFT policies and procedures etc. • Act as company representative to solve Risk and Compliance related issues with NBC and master agent or agent. • Reviewing of contracts and agreements to ensure they are complied with laws • Building and advising the mitigation of internal as well as external risks with the company’s reputation and interest as the main focus. • Conduct risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the impact of the potential risk to the company • Provide support and training to staff to build risk and compliance awareness within the company • Maintain a risk register based on the identified applicable laws and regulations, fraud schemes, etc. • More focusing on issue managements, risk assessments, risk monitoring and data analytical • Implement and support audit relevant quality assurance system across the company • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO

Jobs Requirement

Job requirement • BBA or MBA’s degree in the field of Finance & Banking or related fields • At least 3 years plus experiences with Banking, MFIs and Financial Leasing • Analytical with good problem solving skills • Good communication skills • Experience in dealing with NBC report or guideline. • Good understanding of the national and international law and regulations pertaining to the financial industry • Strong understanding of concept of standard risk management principles, policy and procedure • Capable of professional discussions with internal and external stakeholders • Proficient in English and Khmer, both written and spoken • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
