Jobs Description

** The Deputy to the CEO works in close partnership with the CEO, implements the CEO’s directives, including in the areas of ensuring internal governance, planning, policies and systems. ** Job Description: - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans and decisions by the CEO and participate as a member of management, to achieve OSTRA’s goals and objectives. - Collaborate and influence Executive Management planning and decision-making through knowledge and intelligence gained about OSTRA’s operations - Lead and provide direction to substantial programs and initiatives as prioritized by the CEO. - Maintains regular communication with the CEO - Making decisions and judgment on behalf of CEO. Deputise for the CEO during periods of absence, and in relation to specific matters, issues, activities of OSTRA as delegated by the CEO, ensuring a consistency of approach and decisions which align with OSTRA’s objectives - Develop effective working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to “manage up or manage down”. Create strong cooperation culture environment in workplace. - Represent OSTRA, develop and sustain positive proactive relationships with industry stakeholders to inform decision-making and execute on needed tasks and initiatives. Manage expectations , explore and solve/provide solutions to issues to ensure that programs meet company needs - Be able to travel to province if needed

Jobs Requirement

** Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in business management or related field - At least 5 years’ experience of related field. Held leadership or management positions a plus. - Familiar with F&B industries is preferred. - English proficiency ** Skills: - Must have strong knowledge of management principles, finance, and accounting - Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to prioritize and manage a variety of corporate projects with attention to detail - Responsible, Flexible, Diligence, Intelligence, self-starter, Fast learner, people/interpersonal skill. - Able to work in diversity, under pressure. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
