* Support Engineer (5) - Phnom Penh & Bavet - On phone, on site and remote support to customer mainly related to internet service - Assist troubleshoot networks, internet connectivity in the customer site or the company - Provide recommendation and suggestion to customer - Install, configure, and maintain internet connection, network cabling, and other related equipment, and devices, adds or upgrades hardware and software and configures wireless access point, router with wireless and related equipment - Implement network security and provide technical support to customer, anti-virus updates, managing host security and other related PCs. - Configure e-mail client and provide technical support for our customer (Anti-Virus, Spam protection and scanning, and other related e-mail) - Keep track in ticket system - Maintain customer relationship - Other tasks assigned by team leader or manager * Project Team Leader • Working closely with customer to follow by project on time. • Select equipment and accessories that suitable to project location. • Find the outsource team to implement project and survey on side • Drawing, Design and prepare the master plan for company and each and each project. • Manage and assign task to staff to work for company project. • Other task assigned by management. * Installation Engineer (Aeon II) * Trouble shooting of cable fiber optic to the user and direct link line. * Check all cable has problem on roof top for time to check cable : 10:00PM to 7:00AM * Give the solution for customer when install cable optic * Check DRV, Post system, Mikrotik, Hot spot, VPN, and share speed * Available roster with working at Aeon II * Other task assign by
