• Lead and manage the sales team to grow wholesale business. • Develop sales and marketing plans, sales channel and product launch, promotional strategies as well as to executive them. • Effectively train and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets. • Develop a good working relationship with the principals to grow the respective brands. • Acquire new agencies to enhance the existing product portfolio. • Assume leadership of the company when proven capable.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any business related discipline • Have 10 years of experience in wholesaling international FMCG brands • At least 10 years of working experience in marketing or sales with an international FMCG brand • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Possess strong written and oral communication skills • Proven history of achieving performance targets • Have a positive and can do attitude
