Jobs Description

Duties • Develop, review and implement the 3 strategic plan, budget and annual operation plan (AOP). • Day to day operations IDC Phnom Penh and Siem Reap • Work with administration, finance and marketing team to conduct monthly sale forecasting and budget plan. • Maintain and build good relationship with key stakeholders and business partners. • Timely and properly record and prepare accounting transaction, financial report and strictly monitor day to day liquidity through working with financial team. • Daily sale performance monitoring and analysis. • Ensure all systems, policies and procedures are abided by and implemented with proper monitoring and control tools • Manage company property such as cars, telecommunication devices, and laptops. • Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance report for board of directors. • Build the culture of good teamwork, high performance standard and quality. • Hire, train and review staff performance and delegate responsibilities • Execute administrative responsibilities • Attend meetings, trainings, seminars and conferences

Jobs Requirement

Requirements • Master Degree or Bachelor Degree of Business Management, Sale and Marketing. • At least 3 years experiences in equivalent position. • Excellent in English (understanding Japanese will be good, but not require). • Good planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills. • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. • Be able to manage and develop business procedures. • Have proficient leadership, organizational and supervisory skills • Be dependable and professional • Have computer and software skills • Have superior training and presentation skills • Be able to communicate successfully in both written and verbal format • Be able to properly manage teams and employees • Be able to delegate responsibilities • Have first-rate skills in understanding, creating and analyzing financial reports or budgets • Be able to produce high level of quality service to colleagues • Understand organizational culture • Be cordial and amenable • Be resourceful, inventive and self-confident Application Information All interested candidates are required submit their Cover Letter CV Miss.
