- At lease with basic office softwares and Autocad - Prefer to find if possible somebody with an engineering background because as we have a are large construction project coming up (village for 70 staff, factory, warehouses…..). - In addition to the supervision of the site, the manager will be in charge of the daily operation (HR, control, logistics, maintenance, security….) with the support of the local middle management team and administration staff in Phnom Penh

- Khmer national (male or female) - Can speak/write either French or English. - Have a good sense of leadership - Have previous successful experience of managing a team of over 20 staff - Be able to work with people of different educational backgrounds, be a good communicator, be a hands-on manager, have a good level of initiative, hard-working, attentive to details and strong of follow up and reporting.
