Jobs Description

- Able to create & execute marketing plan & strategy with the marketing team - Large portion of the role will be meeting client to understand their requirement & to coordinate all kind of resources in Poipet (manpower arrangement, performers, logistics, transportation, production, setup, AV & lighting setup) - Able to plan & execute successful events all the way from the first meeting with client to event promotion, on-site event setup, execution, tear down & cleaning up - We need a successful & enthusiastic event coordinator who can produce memorable & outstanding quality events - Candidates need to be able to discuss details with the clients, understand their needs, present ideas & solution to clients. These require excellent customer service & interpersonal skills - Good negotiation skills are very important because selling price & suppliers cost help determine the profit of the company - On-site running & execution of event is extremely important to ensure problems at every event can be resolved timely & successfully - Have knowledge about printing work (e.g. brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters, banners, PVC, stickers, lightbox etc) - Monitor event budget, prepare quotations for customers, keep track of related financial & statistical information - To brainstorm innovative creative ideas & strategies with designer & the rest of marketing team - Literate capable in writing / copywriting & proofreading basic advertising work (Khmer & English is a MUST) - To conduct research & analyze data as required - Familiar with Digital marketing & social media is a plus (e.g. Facebook, websites, WeChat, twitter, YouTube, creating QR code) - To maintain good long-term relationships with printers & vendors to ensure timely production & delivery of quality material - Be able to negotiate & secure good sponsorship / partnership with other companies - Need to be able to deal with the local authorities / government sometimes - Willing to be hands-on for all activities (e.g. photo shootings, event set-up, market visit). Event management is not a comfortable sitting-in office job - To develop good internally & externally relationships with all key stakeholders

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, communications, journalism, public relations, hospitality tourism - Language requirement: Khmer (native) English (very good) is a MUST, Thai Chinese (good to know) - Preferably 2 to 7 years of experiences in the following industries (e.g. event companies, media, marketing agencies, service or F&B, FMCG, consumers electronics, exhibition, hospitality) - Proven portfolio of successful events (e.g. weddings, exhibition, roadshows, parties, big scale seminars). Previous customer handling experience as an Event sales manager is very important - Be very hardworking able to meet tight deadlines, juggle various projects at the same time, working with external suppliers, venue owner & creative agencies - Able to be flexible in working hours (sometime overtime at night, early morning or no off-day for a longer period of time because of event’s needs) - Willing to be hands-on to get their hands dirty if required - IT skills (proficient in MS Office like word, powerpoint, excel is a MUST) Photoshop is good to know - Able to adapt in challenging, pressuring & fast-paced environment - Good planning; organizing skills is a MUST & extremely important - Have strong drive & ambitious with self-motivation - Able to deal with numbers (basic accounting & calculation skills) - Creative have a strong attention to detail - Have good teamwork & communication skills ** Interested candidates should submit their CV including a cover letter, with a current photo (4X6) and with expectation salary to hradmin@crownresort.com.
