- Learn basic management and job skills through training in Japan (1 to 3 months. All fees will be covered by company.) - Establish comnapy in Cambodia. - Cooperating with universities, start and develop HR programs (Global management leader / Engineers work in Japan). - Start and develop computer graphic design business. - Hire and educate new staffs.
