Job description: - Manage compliance team work, provide work to assistants. - Follow up all client audit issues, providing documents and response to buyer’s requirement during client’s visiting factory. - Cooperate with colleagues at Hong Kong office for related compliance issue. - To do factory internal regular compliance report. - Well cooperate with production workmates or other section workmates for improving compliance work or related issues. • Ensure labor law related practices for factory. • Prepare audit documents for BSCI, ILO, SEDEX, Higg, CTPAT • Lead, coordinate and support all activities of social compliance audit. • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment. • Ascertain that factory is compliant for any unannounced audit. • Ability to perform root cause analysis, failure mode effects analysis, and corrective action planning. • Organize training/ awareness on regular basis, counseling & motivation to factory workers. • Prepare and update the factory health & safety security standard as per various compliance requirements like BSCI, SEDEX etc. • Follow-up on and support continuous improvement on fire and structural safety. • Develop and deliver training opportunities that increase internal and external awareness and promotion of strong compliance, especially on fire and structural safety. • Maintain compliance documentation.

Job requirement: - Female or Male - Can speak and write English well, can speak Chinese is priority. - Be familiar with Cambodia labor law. - Be able to manage work to his/her team - Be good at communicate with clients, auditor or workmate including email writing. - Be flexible to response clients’ requirement
