- To coordinate the preparation of annual plans and budgets of the branch - To build network with key stakeholders within the community in order to promote branch service and identify business opportunity - To respond for effective management of all employees at the branch to ensure compliance with the company policy, regulation, and standard in all the company’s activities - To do the daily review and advice the directions to the sale consultant employees - To summarize the daily, weekly, and monthly sales report to managers and distributors - To screen customers’ card and set monthly target sales units by models - To handle logistic (Vehicle Stock Movement, Back Order Matching, and Pre-Service Delivery Request) - To summary daily, weekly, and monthly service sales and submit it to managers and distributors - To manage daily inventory stock order replenishment (parts, service materials, and accessories) - To conduct the daily meeting with service advisors in order to share the pending issues and new activities - To monitor on post service follow up call, customer satisfaction index, and customer complaint - To monitor 5S in entire office, workshop, and customers lounge - To manage and monitor branch capacity in terms of human resource and workshop for daily operation - To manage on road show, showroom event, and summary report to the managers/distributors (effective & effectiveness) - Other jobs assigned by Branch Manager / President

- Bachelor degree of General Management or related fields - 5 years of experiences in the related field - Excellent knowledge of management and leadership skill - Good teamwork and interpersonal skill - Speedy and accuracy jobs requirement - Hard-working - Strong time management and Result-oriented toward the job
