•Ensure outlets operate according to company expectation & meeting strategic objectives and ensure sufficient manpower at outlet according allocation. •Ensure optimal stock level in all outlets and maintain standard product quality. •Follow up with Supervisor regarding product quality issue or short supply and feedback to Operation Manager / Management on operation issues & any improvement/countermeasure. •Daily check on Out-of stock feedback from outlets & follow up with purchasing department. •Build a good relationship between staff’s in outlet and keep motivate them. •Supervise the outlet cleanliness and tidiness. •Attend to ad hoc task and project assigned by management. •Approve Supervisor/ Promoters leave, MC and Off-day application.
