- Responsible for the supervision and coordinate of all department - Manage the guest satisfaction efforts of the resort in accordance with Memoire's philosophy. - Control and apply strictly the safety and hygiene policy, regulation and procedures of the hotel - Plan, direct or assist the HODs concerned in their sales effort and sales training to increase revenue. - Transmit his knowledge to the HODs to improve their performance and coach them if necessary - Handle and solve special requests and complaints - Delegate tasks to subordinates to prepare them for the bigger responsibility - Maintain good relationship with all departments of the hotel

- Local nationality only - Fluent in written and spoken English is required. Another language is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Requires knowledge of specialized practices, systems or procedure - Experience in overall hotel experience - Excellent planning, leadership and supervisory experience.
