a)Co-operate with other department to train the sewing and finishing worker. b/Support his/her sewing line leader to guide technical for worker. c)Monitor the PPS making process in his/her line from Sewing to Finishing and organize the Pre-production meeting. d)Ensure his/her particular line receive enough all input items. e)Arrange and balance the machine, manpower in his/her linear line to ensure that line run smoothly. f)Ensure his/her Sewing-Finishing line achieve high efficiency, first pass yield with lowest work in process and shortest time. g)Lead his/her workers to follow correctly the procedure & company’s regulation. h)Ensure 5S and discipline be fully applied in his/her line from Sewing and Finishing.
