-Oversea and supervise all Charging and VAS Systems functions -Manage all Charging and VAS Systems projects from IT side and assure the utmost level of internal customers satisfaction -Manage all Charging and VAS Systems change requests from IT side and vendor side -Manage all business analysis activities for the Charging and VAS area -Manage all in-house development activities within the Charging and VAS systems area as needed -Troubleshoot and support any Charging Systems and VAS Systems issues including servers, software and backup operations -Responsible for Charging Systems or VAS Systems budget planning and execution in a cost efficient way -Provide leadership, advice and consultation to all Charging and VAS teams (Network, security and helpdesk teams) in achieving current and long term objectives. -Contribute in setting the Charging and VAS teams’ training and development plans

-Bachelor Degree in Computer Science -Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Systems (in telecom industry is advantage) -Proven experience in Charging or VAS is advantage -Vendor Management experience -Project Management experience is required
