-Coordinating with RSMs in all regions to meet overall’s Plan, targets, and achievement report on quality Sales -Co-work with RSMs to Recruit and manage Student Promoters in all regions -Plan, lead and monitor Student Promoters teams to meet company’s activation objectives -Provide sufficient product knowledge, Update and trainings -Responsible for settling cash and stock of the teams -Produce accurate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis or when needed, especially for Commercial report -Lead student promoters to support marketing activities when needed -Obtain and report relevant market information on regular basis -Quality Sales Analysis on; Sims Sales, Locations, Product, and others to identify the issues and proposal for better Sales Development

Jobs Requirement

-Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields -Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or relevant experience in FMCG sector -Strong negotiation skills with clients -Ability to communicate in English both verbal and written -Ability to use computer in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
