-The Manager will work with the Board and the Chief Executive Officer to engage in the promotion of the Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital’s Vision, Mission and Core Values, as well as the following responsibilities: -Play a leading role in continuing to build the identity and culture of the Hospital as a Catholic healthcare provider. -Guide the Executive Team to understand their responsibilities in communicating and implementing the mission, integrating mission throughout all levels of the organization -Organise the celebration of key liturgical events. -Ponduct induction and formation programs that meet the needs of the staff which are appropriate to their respective roles and responsibilities, and enable staff to embrace the Mission, Vision and Values of the Hospital. -Oversee and manage the clinical pastoral care,service of the Hospital. Recruit and manage volunteers to support clinical pastoral care to patients.

-Minimum of 10 years work experience preferably in promoting organisational vision, mission and core values, organisation development and communications. -Reflective and astute, able to assimilate information and encourage teamwork to ensure mission integration in all aspects of the Hospital’s strategy, service, people development and stewardship of resources. -Open, affirming and able to relate well with people from all levels and cultures. -Passion for personal development and experience in formation programs. -Preferably trilingual (English, Malay & Chinese). -A self-starter, motivated, hands-on, organised and meticulous. -Able to plan and manage budgets. -Experience of the Catholic Church and what it stands for. Added advantage -Experience and qualification in providing clinical pastoral care. -Theoretical and practical understanding of the Catholic healthcare ministry as part of the mission of the Catholic Church. -Stromh people management skill.
