-Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals -Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on job requirement and need -Provide professional advice to hiring managers and candidates to manage the expectation -Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full cycle recruitment -Develop creative recruitment solutions when experiencing difficulties in fulfillment job requirements. -Any other Talent Management related activities

-Minimum of 1-3 years working in recruitment function. -Experience servicing the IT markets is highly preferred. -Results driven with ambition and drive. -PC proficiency with Microsoft Office, including the ability to use Excel to an advanced level to review. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate to people at all levels influence and negotiate. -Excellent organization and prioritization skills, analytical skills and the ability to work independently. -Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace and at times pressurized environment. -Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred to effectively communicated
