-To review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual group and each subsidiary companies financial results and inform management on major variances and rectification actions; -Preparation of company’s financial statement, budgets, forecasts, management reports, accounting and all sorts of financial analysis, and must ensure they are accurate, timely and in compliance with accounting standards; -Prepare and responsible for group consolidated financial statements, group management reports and Bursa Reporting, including involvement in preparation of -Annual Report; -Co-ordinate with each subsidiary’s person in charge in Account and Finance Department to ensure implementation of accounting policies, procedures and control and in line with the group’s emphasis on timely reporting and accountability; -Review and ensure the company and all its subsidiary companies compliance with group policies, statutory, tax and PLC corporate governance requirements; -Liaising with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary at group level; -Perform other duties as and when delegated.
