- Manage the HR Team to achieve excellence in best practices - Plan and manage departmental operation budget - Review organization planning & establish appropriate human resource development and succession strategies - Establish appropriate training plan/ programs in the area of talent development to make growth to achieve company goal - Establish staffing strategies to enhance company's core competencies - Manage and ensure remuneration activities to comply with regulatory standards - Review and enhance performance evaluation system - Establish motivational programs to uphold company culture and values - Participate as a management team member in policy making/ decision for the organisation needs - As the company representative to build good relationship to resolve issues

Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Minimum 3-5 years of HR managerial experience Relevant working experience in construction industry Resourceful and mature individual who is self-driven and possess strong leadership with analytical, organisational and interpersonal skills.
