• Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals. • Develop and execute the strategic plan of organization (i.e. launch of new product lines, launch of retail). • Identify potential new store locations, distributors, foreign-based showrooms and other opportunities to expand the business. • Analyze cash flow, cost controls and expenses. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas and implement profit improvement initiatives. • Create annual and monthly sales targets for retail & wholesale sales. • Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans. • Participate in capital market development. • Develop tools to analyze and adequately evaluate product profitability, margins and review all costing. • Build right hygiene & motivators for staffs • Able to make effective usage of finance & reduce wastage

• MBA and (or) Bachelor Degree with ten years’ experience in a leadership role for a brand that has undergone significant growth in the luxury or advanced contemporary space. • 5+ years’ experience owning a P&L. • Experience in strategic planning and execution. • Experience motivating teams and simultaneously managing several projects.
