-Responsible for assisting Agency Manager for (ships agency) support and logistics in particular relating to inward and outward clearance of vessels -Vessel inward/outward clearance formalities as well as liaise with the superintendents and Operations Manager for the vessel movements -Liaise with Immigration for crew/contractors sign on and sign off matters -Ship visits at anchorage/shipyard etc., as required for cash delivery, parts, mails and other vessel operational matters -Local hotel and transport arrangements for crew/contractors joining and signing off vessel -Assist with MPA matters for crew sign on and sign off in Marinet for Singapore flag vessels -Assist in preparing disbursement accounts for submission to Owners -Additional operations responsibilities as allocated by the Managing Director or Fleet Personnel Manager
