Position Objective: -Supporting CAO in strategizing and developing a Best-In-Class Premier Agency by profitability, quality and scale. -Delivery and implementation of the expansion, intensification and productivity strategies and targets of Agency Sales. -Roles and Responsibilities: -Supporting the Chief Agency Officer (CAO) in planning and implementing the company’s strategic plans as per company’s goals, targets and objectives. -Development and implementation of adequate sales tools, materials and events to support agency in enhancing profitable sales and activities -Review, improvement and achievement of the KRAs of agency channel -Developing, coaching, mentoring and managing performance of all direct reports to deliver their respective monthly KRA targets -Assisting CAO in identifying new sales opportunities and alliance partners -Building and maintenance of a strong relationship with all stakeholders -Performing tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Mass -Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent -With minimum 10 years work experience in sales – corporate or its equivalent -With minimum 5 – 8 years work experience leading a sales distribution channel in a management capacity -Preferably with work background in life insurance industry -Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills. -Strategic thinking and execution skills -Detail oriented, creative and ambitious -Must be very willing to travel around the country. -Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. -Must be self-motivated and have strong work ethics
