-Controlling of the company’s financial and finance related business processes, controlling the correctness and completeness of internal and external financial reportings and controlling key financial risks and risk positions; -Responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with any fiscal, legal and other regulatory requirements in the broadest sense (including the internal control environment to ensure compliance, the compliance evaluation of individual transactions, any reporting to as well as any communication with (local) fiscal, governmental and regulatory authorities); -Acting as a key contact for external stakeholders (such as tax authorities, governmental/regulatory bodies, auditors, external service providers, etc.); -Overseeing several finance related areas, such as legal, insurance, personnel / salary and IT affairs as well as performing various more complex financial tasks (for instance, result analysis and forecasting); and -Based on your controlling and compliance tasks you will work together with the various other departments in the company.

-Master’s Degree in Business or Finance -Worked in a western company, so known to western companies’ culture / expectations -Professional background in large corporate companies -Reliable / accurate working style as well as a developed GAAP and tax knowledge -Experience in functions in (for instance mid-size) companies, experience (A) to manage full finance tasks and (B) to deal with (tax) authorities in practice International business experience -Pro-active business mentality and willingness to take ownership -Knowledge of Thai GAAP and preferably IFRS -Business fluency in English -Thai national
