+RESPONSIBILITIES - To plan and monitor work schedule for customer service and respond to various customers (B2B, B2C) and determine required action - To monitor sales order on time delivery and coordination with all cross function for timely delivery, handling complaints and customer satisfaction. - To fulfill requests - To build productive communication with customers and to determine the specific problems must be escalated to which cross function within timely manners. - To liaise with other cross functions, I order to keep them inform and involved in creating solutions to problems +REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree of Business administrator in people management Good at Handling customer experience or supervisory / people management Good Computer skill such as Microsoft Office programs High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer Good communication & interpersonal skills +BENEFITS & CONDITIONS Working Time: 8:00～18:00 Working Days: Mon / Tue / Wed / Thu / Fri Holiday: Sat (Half) / Sat (Full) / Sun / Legal holiday: Salary: $ ～ $ 300 Benefit: Benefit Note: From Mon to Thurs (8:00am to 6:00pm, break for lunch from 12pm to 1pm). On Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) , break for lunch from 12 to 1pm. - Day off: Sat and Sun
