• Communicate any HR policies/procedure sharing to employees at the site. • Support recruitment arrangement • Support compensation & benefits (attendant, OT etc…) • Assist for arrangement any employee events. • Inspect on contractors to make sure they comply with the labor law. • Deal with provincial labor department • Arrange induction for new employee at the site (some level only)

• Bachelor Degree, major in HR Management, Business Administration or any similar field • At least two-year experiences in HR functions. • Microsoft Office programs. • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Khmer, knowledge of other Asian languages will be an added advantage. • Good planning & organizing skills. • Integrity and good coordination skills. • Effective Communication skills is preferable.
