• Ensure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of services. • Handles requests for information, quotations, proposals, and bidding processes. • Evaluates current and potential suppliers to guarantee supply for all portfolios. • Searches and negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives (sea & Air both inbound-Outbound & local handling charge & trucking, warehouse etc). • Executes contract negotiation and development. • Establishes and maintains good relationship with suppliers. • Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking from other competitor. • Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure. • supporting to every department for cost update • Provide cost structure report to GM & BMD & OPM
