- Closely monitor and evaluate activities and performance of sales teams to ensure that the teams possess sufficient resources to perform properly - Coordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople to reach targets and even go beyond the targets; - Build team capacity, spirit and motivation amongst sales teams; - Provide constructive feedback, proper assistance and coaching to sales teams - Develop and maintain good and collaborative relationship with retailers - Reach out to as many potential retailers as possible; - Help develop promotional activities for our products (e.g., marketing campaigns) - Provide sales trainings to sales team when necessary; - Communicate progresses and challenges with senior management team in a timely manner - Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
