-Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers. -Performing data entry. -Reconciling bank statements with the general ledger. -Maintaining accounting records and filing documents. -Assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable -Fixed Assets Controller and depreciation -Monitor monthly financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow -Tax declaration, prepare tax document, tax filling • Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors. • Ensure all accounting transaction records are maintain in compliance with accepted policies and procedure • Ensure all accounting, financial reporting deadline are met • Ensure all invoice are correct and consistent • Ensure accurate and timely/ monthly/ yearly end close • Match invoices to work orders. • Process bills for payment and Open mail and match payments to invoices. • Arrange for money to be delivered to bank. • Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger. • Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups. • Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.

 Requirements • Bachelor’s degree of Accounting & Finance or other relevant • At least 1 year experience of similar position in construction/ private company • Good command in English spoken and written • Computer literate such as Microsoft office and internet, E-mail, especially accounting system • Good negotiation skill, interpersonal skills, communication skill and problem solving skills. • Attention to detail and accuracy • Friendly, flexible, honesty, hard-working, integrity, willing to work as a team and Pretty are Motivated.
