- Download shipment order (Purchase Order) from Viber Application on daily basis (effective 07:00am) for all distributors - Assist to calculate the total amount of shipment order for each distributor - Assist to key in the shipment order in shipment order tracking form - Assist to key in distributor daily balance stocks and distributor daily sales in excel work sheet and send to management daily before 12:00pm - Assist to key in the distributors’ stock balance in stock balance tracking form - Issue Point of Sales Material (POSM) for soft drinks (Pepsi) and beers (Cambrew) to all sales force (sales representative) - Key in POSM issues item in POSM tracking form - Issue free of charge (FOC) (stocks – soft drinks & Beer) to all sales force (sales representative) - Key in FOC products in FOC product tracking form - Preparing filling for all visi cooler; Key Dealer Incentive Program (1 December 2016 – 31 May 2017) and On Trade Incentive Program (1 December 2016 – 31 May 2017) - Preparing competitors’ activities tracking

- Successfully completed study from the university or equivalent education - Excellent persuasive selling and relationship development skills - Good written and spoken English - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in written and personal presentation - Must be able to work independently and under pressure - Strong leadership and good team building skill
