- Ensure key performance metric targets are met – outbound activity, inbound activity, and opportunity goals. - Engage with Business head to ensure pipeline quality - Strategize with sales and marketing counterparts on a pipeline - The measure, monitor, and report on Sales KPIs - Work closely with Product Marketing, Inside and Direct Sales, Customer Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Alliances. - Leverage product training and applicable sales training on a regular basis with reseller/End customer. - Reporting and business intel as needed. - Ensure sale target - Follow company process and policy as necessary to ensure business goals are met. - Ensure customer satisfaction on company response and service delivery

- Minimum 3-5 years IT sales experience - Positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening and writing skills. - Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment - Team player, high energy, reliable. - Sale presentation experience a plus
