Job Descriptions: - SmartLuy Agent Network Executive is responsible for SmartLuy Agent management and performance for the specified region - Recruit & build a strong relationship with SmartLuy Agents - Visit SmartLuy Agents according to an assigned schedule - Ensure Agents maintain sufficient balance on their account and cash on hand to serve customers - Ensure Agents receive face to face training and product knowledge support materials - Ensure Agent POSM materials are in place and well maintained by the Agent - Respond to Agent feedback and escalate to management where necessary - Ensure Agents provide top quality service to SmartLuy customers - Monitor activities of competitors in their region and report to management - Other tasks are assigned by manager.

Job Requirements: - Degree or higher, preferably, but not restricted to: Business Management, Banking, Finance, Telecommunications or related field. - Sales experience and negotiation skills. - Customer focus. - Computer literacy (particularly MS Office Suite). - Familiarity with latest mobile technology & payment solutions. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Track record of personal and professional integrity. - Able to work independently, self-driven and highly motivated. - Strong English and Khmer fluency. - Confidence to challenge business for continuous improvement. - 1+ year of experience in a related commercial field: Mobile-money or other financial services - Knowledge of the local business environment, particularly in financial services, payments, mobile money or telecoms industries. - Experience with education or working overseas preferred.
