- Responsibility for directs sales - Travel from site to site to keep appointment with prospective customers - Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems - Follow up customers to comply with company credit’s policy (follow-up for collection of payment) - Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals - Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales - To conduct other jobs as assigned by sales manager - Act on non-delivery when necessary - Collaborates with Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all products - Forward all reports to Sales Manager - Discuss actions with sales manager and sales team daily, weekly and monthly summaries - Generate daily sales, Yearly report - Report sales activities to management - Update market information / Sales promotion
