Jobs Description

Manage, supervise, and drive sales and marketing operations to achieve established targets and company goals.
Closely monitor, evaluate, and track team performance to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
Provide professional guidance, consultation, and strategic problem-solving to support the team's daily operations.
Establish, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database to ensure data accuracy and currency.
Survey and analyze customer needs while conducting competitor research to design effective promotional strategies.
Visit clients regularly to build strong relationships, maintain connections, and professionally present products.
Coordinate and manage customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and swift resolution.
Analytical skills and a deep understanding of technology and products are required to drive team outcomes.
Manage and supervise sales operations to ensure they meet and achieve established targets.
Monitor, evaluate, and track the performance efficiency of both the sales and marketing teams.
Consult and resolve operational issues related to the team's daily performance.
Establish and maintain an organized, up-to-date, and accurate customer database system.
Manage, supervise, and control overall marketing activities and initiatives.
Survey and analyze customer requirements to present appropriate products or services.
Monitor, analyze, and prepare comprehensive reports on competitors' market activities.
Plan and execute sales promotional activities to stimulate and drive revenue growth.
Visit existing and prospective clients to build strong relationships and professionally pitch products.
Receive, manage, and coordinate responses to customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
Support and participate in organizational activities and corporate events as appropriate.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or management.

Jobs Requirement

Age: Not exceeding 30 years old.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing.
Digital Marketing & Tech Savvies: Strong knowledge of digital marketing and technical/technological trends.
Product Literacy: Deep understanding of product types, categories, and technical specifications.
Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English.
Computer Skills: Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and standard office programs.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical, logical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Continuous Improvement: Proven ability to initiate, develop, and continuously improve work processes.
Personality & Interpersonal Skills: Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
