• Prepare payment schedules and weekly/monthly payment reports.
• Ensure timely payment to vendors according to agreed credit terms.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
• Verify and process supplier invoices in line with purchase orders and goods received notes.
• Check pricing, quantities, and approvals for purchase transactions.
• Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements when required.
• Monitor outstanding payables and aging reports.
• Assist in internal and external audit requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams on receiving and invoice matching.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
