Jobs Description

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor daily sales performance against KPIs.
Develop action plans to improve sales performance.
Supervise, coach, and motivate Sales Representatives.
Conduct daily morning meetings and route planning.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
Resolve customer complaints promptly.
Ensure product availability in all assigned outlets.
Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.
Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility.
Plan and optimize sales routes.
Monitor competitor activities.
Ensure complete market coverage.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales KPIs and dashboard.
Maintain accurate customer records.
Ensure adherence to company sales policies and SOPs.
Monitor credit collection according to company guidelines.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience managing distributor sales operations is preferred.
