Job Description:

• Field Sales & Revenue — Hit a personal monthly sales revenue target for TPH Branding by selling premium packaging out in the market — client visits, meetings, and on-the-ground prospecting.
• New Account Hunting — Find and win new customers across your territory — cold outreach, referrals, site visits, and follow-up until the deal is closed.
• Pipeline & Conversion — Work your pipeline every day and convert quotations into confirmed orders, keeping conversion at or above target.
• Collections — Support on-time collection of receivables so every sale you make turns into cash on schedule.
• CRM & Follow-Through — Log every quote and order in the CRM the same day, and keep your pipeline clean and current.

Job Requirement:

• A genuine hunger to sell — you enjoy meeting people and chasing a target
•  1–2 years of sales experience (field, B2B, or retail sales an advantage; strong fresh graduates welcome)
• Confident, friendly communication in Khmer; working English a plus
•  Self-motivated and disciplined — you manage your own day and follow through without being chased
•  Comfortable working outdoors and travelling to meet clients across the territory
•  Own transport (motorbike) — fuel and travel allowance provided
• Honest, reliable, and organised with quotes, orders, and follow-ups

• Existing relationships with brands, businesses, or HORECA clients
•  Experience selling packaging, printing, or branding products
• A track record of hitting or beating sales targets.
