Jobs Description

Lead and coach the B2B sales team to achieve KPIS
Acquire new corporate clients across key sectors
Build relationships with property managers & decision-makers
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close contracts
Manage the pipeline through CRM with timely follow-up
Recruit, train and develop new sales representatives

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
3+ years of B2B sales experience
1+ year in a supervisory or team lead role
Background in cleaning, facility management, pest control, security, or FM services is a strong plus
