• Update new booking on system
• Place booking to Airlines
• Release booking to shipper
• Coordinate with broker for cargo check-in
• Issue draft HAWB and checking draft MAWB
• Upload pre-alert and do finalize shipment plan in system
• Check airfreight rate with carrier
• Submit costing and issue PL sheet to FIN team
• Work directly with FIN team for invoice issue and work directly with OPS team for clearance documents issue.
• Initiate new idea & find out new techniques to ensure a smooth handling for team Comply with Company policy
• Communicate with supplier/customer for export operation

• Able to use English for business communication
• Good computer skill (Ms. Office, internet, and Typing)
• Min 1-2 years experiences in Air Operation from Freight forwarder company
• Hard-working, punctual and result-oriented person
• Have a good customer service mindset, Positive & open-mind attitude
• Willing to learn and do extra job to gain more knowledge.

Working Condition:

• Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day)
• Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; lunch break 12:00-1:30pm
• Holiday, in accordance with Ministry of Labor Announcement and code
• Location: 1406 Floor, Flatiron By Meridian Building, Boeng Kork, Phnom Penh
