• Prioritize tax agents, accounting firms, and SMEs
• Define outreach strategy
• Support sales forecasting and revenue planning
• Help management test pricing and packaging assumptions
• Follow up after onboarding to understand satisfaction and expansion opportunity

Partnership & Channel Development

• Build relationships with tax agents, firms, associations, and referral channels
• Implement referral and collaboration models
• Convert partnerships into actual leads and clients

Client Acquisition & Conversion

• Build lead list
• Conduct outreach
• Arrange meetings and product demos
• Manage follow-up
• Prepare proposal
• Negotiate and close deals
• Own the full funnel: lead → demo → proposal → close → revenue

Pipeline Management

• Build and maintain CRM
• Track lead source, stage, next action, probability, and expected revenue
• Report weekly pipeline movement
• Identify bottlenecks in conversion

• 2+ years in B2B sales, SaaS, fintech, accounting, tax, software, or professional services
• Strong ability to listen and diagnose client problems
• Comfortable doing outreach, demo, follow-up, and closing
• Able to work in an early-stage and unclear environment
• Strong ownership mindset
• Experience selling software
• Experience working with tax agents, accounting firms, or SMEs
• Existing network with business owners, tax firms, or associations
