Jobs Description

Front Office (20%)

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, email and general inquiries.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Ensure accurate receiving, checking of invoices/receipts to relevant departments.
  • Maintain proper log/record of incoming documents for tracking and followup.
  • Ensure timely submission of documents to Finance or related teams.

Administration (40%)

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Support registration, documentation, filing and report (new vendor list, motorbike list, register phone, parking, fingerprint, lift access card…)
  • Support all office and HR related to purchase request, claim/reimbursement/invoice.
  • Control office fixed assets and registration with Finance.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight tickets, hotel bookings and car bookings.

HR Support (30%)

  • Support arranges interview schedule and candidate coordination.
  • Assist with internal communications announcement.
  • Coordinate employee insurance (health and life insurance) to update new employee and resigned employee.
  • Arrange expat staff and subcontractor business visa.
  • Coordinate and support for staff event arrangement.

Other (10%)

  • Other projects/tasks may be assigned to Front Office Administrator from time to time depending on business requirements.

Jobs Requirement

  • Under or bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Good organization
  • 1 year experience related field
  • Good command of English (spoken & written) & Khmer
  • Good command of computer skills
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Good organization and multitasking ability
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
  • Good coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to support multiple functions
