• Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure project accuracy and progress.
• Prepare quotations, BOQ, proposals, and presentation materials for clients.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate terms with clients professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and customers.
• Monitor project progress and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.
• Research market trends, materials, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Support company marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and business goals.
