Jobs Description

Assisting with all aspects of administrative works including but not limited to managing Kitchen, Driver, Cleaner and Gardener teams, HR, document filing and directory maintenance
Managing inventory control, suppliers sourcing for purchase and logistics involvement
Coordinating between departments and operating units
Hosting visitors or government officials
Document filing and directory maintenance including all files, reports, letters, memos and other relevant business documents
Performing multifaceted general office support & assisting in all daily operation matters
Assisting managers for Ad Hoc tasks.
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.

Jobs Requirement

Associate's degree/diploma in related discipline, or equivalent experience.
No experience in administration/secretarial will also be considered.
Strong teamwork spirit and able to work unsupervised.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills is a MUST.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Office applications.
Able to multi-task.
Mainly worked in Phnom Penh but might require for local travel to Pursat and Kompong Chhnang
