Jobs Description

1. Strategic Planning & Financial Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies and budget plans to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales volume, gross margin, dealer growth, and distribution objectives.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis for executive review.
  • Monitor key sales metrics (e.g., win rate, pipeline velocity) and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and corrective actions.
  • Establish and maintain effective sales management policies and procedures approved by senior management.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Executives/Account Managers, driving a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
  • Ensure team adherence to discipline, KPIs, and sales activity reporting.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and defining clear development paths.
  • Ensure the sales team is proficient in all product knowledge, sales techniques, and adherence to the company's code of ethics.
  • Organize and lead daily/weekly sales planning and strategy sessions.

3. Business Development & Franchise Station Expansion

  • Lead negotiations and closing of major B2B customers, dealers, and franchise partners.
  • Develop and execute the franchise station expansion strategy (new franchises, station upgrades, brand growth).
  • Identify potential new station locations and evaluate feasibility (traffic volume, competition, market demand).
  • Coordinate station opening activities with Operations, Marketing, and Supply teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with station owners, franchisees, and industrial customers.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate station performance, compliance, and branding standards.

4. Sales Operations, Pricing & Market Competitiveness

  • Analyze regional fuel volume, pricing competitiveness, and margin structure.
  • Recommend optimized pricing strategies based on market movements.
  • Work closely with Technical & Transportation department and Depot loading concerns to ensure uninterrupted fuel deliveries and resolve stockout risks.

5. Collaboration and Operations

  • Act as the critical link between the sales team and other departments (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Technical Support, Marketing & Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and address depot/operational issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing campaigns to ensure sales materials and promotional campaigns align with market strategy.
  • Provide regularly report directly to the CEO/Director regarding sales performance, market conditions, operational challenges and opportunities.

Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA is strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in technical sales (B2B, distribution, or industrial preferred).
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a Sales Manager or team leadership position.
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Fuel Distribution, or heavy industrial sectors is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing large sales budgets and achieving growth.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
  • Advanced negotiation and complex contract management expertise.
  • High proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel frequently for customer and team
