Jobs Description

Lead and manage the truck sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase truck sales and market share.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to the sales team.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis.
Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams to support sales activities.
Negotiate major sales contracts with corporate customers.
Manage customer relationships with logistics, construction, and transportation companies.
Organize sales activities, roadshows, and customer visits.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in truck sales or automotive sales.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Good knowledge of commercial vehicles or truck products.
Ability to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Good communication skills in English.
