Jobs Description

Handle customer inquiries related to vehicle service, maintenance, and warranty.
Coordinate service appointments with customers and technicians.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
Assist customers with warranty claims and service requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and service history.
Support the service team in preparing quotations and invoices.
Communicate with customers regarding service progress and completion.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Promote after-sales services and maintenance packages.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automotive service or customer service.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of automotive service and maintenance is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, service systems).
English communication skills are preferred.
