Jobs Description

Financial Governance & Compliance

  • Conduct daily review of Order & Province Groups to monitor MR/SR order submissions.
  • Verify invoices against sales reports and update real-time payment status.
  • Match receipts with collections and validate payer information for accuracy.
  • Reconcile vouchers with daily cash reports, ensuring all approvals and signatures are complete.
  • Maintain systematic filing of invoices along with corresponding payment and receipt documents.
  • Prepare Monthly Payroll filed using Punch in/Punch out data & Daily report ensure accurate salary calculation and timely disbursement
  • Issue formal resignation notices to MR/SR/Managers/Office Staff and ensure proper offboarding steps are followed
  • Secure approvals for daily and monthly expenditures form Sir JP, enforcing spending controls and authorization protocols.
  • Oversee the credit file and coordinate follow up with the team and customers to accelerate collections

Accounting & Reporting Excellence

  • Upload verified invoice data into the central Sales File.
  • Maintain Cash File & Tax File with complete voucher documentation.
  • Review monthly tax reports ensuring alignment with sales records.
  • Upload financial reports to Google Drive and process payment approval requests.

Inventory & Operational Control

  • Monitor daily/monthly inventory balances and expiry tracking for MR/SR teams.
  • Conduct monthly stock count and finalize inventory closure.

Regulatory & Documentation Oversight

  • Manage company licenses and regulatory compliance with: MOH | MOC | NSSF
  • Coordinate with Heng Makara for required MOH application signatures.
  • Prepare Khmer-language regulatory forms under Ramoul’s guidance.

Administrative Leadership

  • Safeguard all official and confidential company documentation.
  • Train and guide office staff on accounting procedures and compliance standards.

Jobs Requirement

  • 1 Year Experience in Accounts or Administration
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Invoicing & Office Administration
  • Good Communication & Organizational Skills
  • Honest, Responsible & Able to Work Independently
  • Basic English or Khmer communication
